JOB SUMMARY:
医疗实验室技术员（MLT), under minimal supervision, is responsible for independently performing complex laboratory tests on blood, body fluids, cells, and tissues that includes standardized microscopic, chemical, and/or bacteriological testing. All theMedical Laboratory Technician (MLT)testing is performed in accordance with laboratory policies and procedures, FDA, CAP, OSHA, CLIA, and Joint Commission regulations and guidelines. Test results are used in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree for Medical Laboratory Technician or bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, or biological science from an accredited institution required.

MLT (ASCPCM) Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire in order to retain position.
